Sinclair Guest House-The terms and conditions for staying at Sinclair Guest House are simple and straightforward. Guests must present a valid photo ID upon check-in, and they must pay the full room rate to secure their reservation. A valid credit card is required to cover any incidental charges during the stay. Guests are expected to adhere to the house rules and regulations, and they are responsible for any damages caused during their stay. Lastly, all guests must check out by 11am on the day of their departure.

The Yacht Hotel –The terms and conditions of lodging at the Yacht Hotel include a minimum stay of three nights. Cancellation policies vary depending on the type of accommodation booked, and additional fees may apply. Payment is due at the time of booking and can be made via credit card, PayPal, or bank transfer. Guests must also provide valid identification upon check-in.
